These terms govern your use of the RingBack website (getringback.co) and the RingBack SMS messaging program. By using our website, calling a phone number served by RingBack, or participating in our messaging program, you agree to these terms.
SMS messaging program disclosure
- Program name: RingBack missed-call text-back.
- Program description: When you call a business line served by RingBack and your call goes unanswered, you receive an automated text message acknowledging the missed call and inviting you to reply. Replies are answered conversationally by the business.
- Consent: You receive messages only because you initiated contact by calling. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency: Varies. Typically one message per missed call, plus responses to your replies.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact patockjack@gmail.com.
- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled. Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Use of the service
RingBack provides missed-call text-back automation for small businesses. You agree to use the service lawfully, including compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable carrier rules. We may suspend service that is used for spam, marketing without consent, or unlawful content.
Acceptable use
- No unsolicited marketing or promotional messaging.
- No content that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.
- Opt-out requests (STOP) are honored immediately and automatically.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Message delivery depends on mobile carriers and networks outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RingBack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
