SMS consent and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party. Information may be shared with subprocessors only as necessary to deliver messages (for example, our messaging carrier and platform providers) and never for their own marketing.

You receive text messages from us only because you initiated contact — by calling a business line served by RingBack or by submitting your details through our website. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as telecommunications carriers and hosting providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights. These providers may use your information only to provide services to us.

Data retention

We retain call logs and message history only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, after which they are deleted.

Our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
